This is indeed a gem for me; the facilities are very good and most welcome. Manageress was at all times most helpful. Cherry on top was the lounge with a large pre-packed fireplace, comfortable chairs and a bookcase with a good miscellany of books. Most welcome also was the ability to use the dining room appliances etc. to eat a takeaway dinner. I can recommend B.Place without slightest reservation.
