About Cape Citi Loft

Cape Citi Loft is situated in the Mutual Heights Building in the centre of the city. A National Heritage Site as it was built in 1940, Mutual Heights was once the tallest building in Africa. The building still possesses many of its original Art Deco features and today offers fine holiday apartments for holiday accommodation in Cape Town.

When staying at Cape Citi Loft you are also ideally located with a number of shops and restaurants and the central business district is right on your doorstep. You are also within easy reach of many of Cape Town's top attractions.

Self Catering Accommodation

The large double volume apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and is situated on the loft level.

The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom which is situated on the corner of the building, offering lovely views over Devil's Peak and Cape Town City Hall. An additional bathroom downstairs offers both a shower and a bath.

The living area is spacious and open plan and features comfortable furniture and a plasma TV with full DStv, a DVD player and surround sound music system. The dining area seats six guests and is a lovely space to enjoy your meal.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with everything required during your self catering say including a large oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge / freezer, crockery, cookware, glassware and cutlery.

This apartment has sensational views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the Castle of Good Hope and City Hall, with the mountains of Stellenbosch in the far distance.

There is a well equipped gymnasium on site as well a secure parking and 24 hour security. In the adjacent building accessed by the sky walk you have full use of the large rooftop swimming pool and sundeck.
