Cape Surprise Apartment is a 3 bedroom (2 bathroom), self catering ground-floor apartment with direct access to the beach (50 metres away, no road to cross) situated on the Greenways Golf and Country Estate in Strand on the shores of False Bay.

Accommodation

Emerald Bay is situated between Strand and Gordon's Bay on the shores of False Bay in the Western Cape, South Africa. "Cape Surprise" Apartment CG16 is on the ground floor - the beach is 50 meters from the ground-floor balcony of the apartment.

The apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All linen, towels and sheets are provided. The apartment is maintained to a high standard, and facilities include washing machine, well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Golf Estate

Situated within the Greenways Golf and Country Estate which is patrolled with 24 hour security and offers a 9 hole golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts and beach walks.

Location & Attractions

Strand is in an ideal location for sightseeing trips in the area - Cape Town is 30 minutes drive (20 minutes to airport), the beautiful town of Stellenbosch is 15 minutes north and within reach of a wide range of world-class wineries. The scenic Helderberg mountain and Helderberg Nature Park is also a must to visit. The area is a golfer's paradise, the apartment is surrounded by world class golf courses in fantastic settings.

Gordons Bay Harbour offers extensive boating, yachting and fishing activities - other activities in the area include paragliding and windsurfing. Hermanus is a beautiful coastal drive about an hour away where you can experience unforgettable whale-watching and also Boulder Beach where you can swim and sunbathe amongst penguins is a memorable experience. Various wine routes are on the doorstep.
