The first and second bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The third room is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

There is an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and boasts a dishwasher for convenience.

The dining area seats six people, while the lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels. There is no Wi-Fi.

Outside there is a covered patio with a weber braai. Open parking is provided.

Caribbean Estates facilities include a main swimming pool complex with two additional pools on the estate. There are tennis courts and a small playground for children. Guests are allowed to bring their own boats or take advantage of the Jet Ski, boats and other equipment at Waterworld across the river. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and 24 hour security is also provided.
