Self Catering Accommodation

Rose Cottage is an immaculate and stylish ground floor house in Caribbean Estate comprising of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Guests love the privacy of the house and the tasteful decor elements that have gone into the decor.

The master bedroom is furnished with an extra length King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed and each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

When entering the house one is greeted by the classic look and feel of the open-plan area. It consists of a formal dining table and chairs with comfy couches and a TV. The kitchen is accessed from the dining area to the right, while the living area leads to the veranda at the back of the house.

Two bedrooms are to the left side of the house entrance, while the master bedroom is on the right side, with an additional guest toilet in that wing of the house. Standout features include free Wi-Fi, while guests will also love the availability of a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

You can relax on those hot and humid summer days as the house has four air conditioners. You can also watch DStv and Netflix, while Showmax is also available. A small tranquil space has also been created before entering the property… an ideal space to sit and listen to the fountain with a book in hand, escaping the rate race!

The outside has a braai area and a dining table with chairs. Strolling through the beautiful gardens to the hill ensures you will have an amazing view of the lagoon and a slight sea view. The house has a spacious driveway and a double garage. Please note that the garage will only be available occasionally for your vehicle. Please inquire should this be of utmost importance.

Facilities

Caribbean Estates facilities include a main swimming pool complex with two additional pools on the estate. There are tennis courts and a small playground for children. Guests are allowed to bring their own boats or take advantage of the jet ski, boats and other equipment at Waterworld across the river. The reception is open 24 hours a day, and 24-hour security is also provided.
