Casablanca 18 has three bedrooms which comfortably sleep six guests. The master bedroom on the third floor is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second floor has two bedrooms each furnished with two single beds. There is a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The first floor consists of the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped for self catering including a washing machine. There are two smart TV’s with DStv, Netflix, Prime Video and Showmax. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Each floor has its own large balcony, with partial sea views. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views. There are communal braai facilities. Secure parking is provided in a garage and there is one extra parking space.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
