Elegantly appointed with high-end finishes and thoughtful details, this villa features cozy furnishings, abundant natural light, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors enhance the seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Step from the open-plan living area onto the expansive pool deck, where you can dine al fresco while enjoying glimpses of the ocean and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-tier appliances, and the downstairs laundromat includes a washing machine, steamer, and dryer. The lounge offers a large L-shaped couch, a smart TV with DSTV, and, of course, stunning ocean views.

The third bedroom is similarly equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This property is unaffected by load shedding, with an inverter providing power to the lights, TV, and select outlets. Parking for 2 cars outside the property, Laundromat, Gas stove and BBQ, TV with DStv. Guests will receive their own set of keys and have exclusive access to the villa.
