Cayman Beach 20 has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are three bathrooms in the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, double door fridge / freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The large comfortable lounge has a TV with satellite channels, DVD player and stereo system.

There is a spacious enclosed balcony with a flat screen TV, fireplace / braai facility where meals can be enjoyed with the sea in the background. There is also a patio above the enclosed balcony with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and surroundings. There is an enclosed back garden with braai and outdoor furniture.
