Chapter One overnight cottage is situated in Montana Park in Pretoria. The cottage can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for leisure, business or as an overnight stay for guests with appointments at the Montana Private Hospital. This cottage is within walking distance to Kolonnade Shopping Centre and Montana Traders.
Self Catering Accommodation
Chapter One is a self catering holiday home with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms both have an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen which contains a stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. A dining table with six chairs is also in the living area as well as a lounge with comfortable seating for at least six guests, Android TV with full DStv package, Netflix and YouTube.
Outside is a paved area with a private swimming pool, lapa and outdoor braai. Secure parking with remote access is available. A laundry and ironing service as well as shuttle service can be arranged on request.
