The property consists of a main house and a detached house, both of which offer a private jetty and slip way, allowing guests to explore the river at their leisure.

Accommodation

The main house features a single bedroom with sofa beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, and one bathroom. This cozy and intimate setting is designed to encourage relaxation and quality time with family and friends.

The detached house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and comfort. Bedroom One includes a double bed and a closet, with a scenic view of the river.

Bedroom Two is furnished with two single beds and a closet. Bedroom Three offers another double bed and closet, while Bedroom Four contains two single beds. The first bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet, and the second bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

Bedroom five is in the TV room and there are two day beds, suitable for two extra kids.

Cob Cottage offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stay connected if needed. It is also pet-friendly, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with their furry companions.

The property can be accessed with a regular sedan vehicle, though the dirt road may be influenced by heavy rain and weather conditions. Guests are provided with a departure checklist and a set of rules to ensure the property and its surroundings are well-maintained. Recommended items to bring include swimming towels, extra warm blankets for winter, wood, cash, drinking water, mosquito repellent, and any necessary licenses for water activities.
