The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed as well as a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with four single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin.

The third bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and two single beds, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. These rooms share two bathrooms each fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, ice machine, and dishwasher. The living area features a dining table, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV.

The house opens onto a beautiful garden boasting a swimming pool, a built-in braai area, and a beach bar island with swing chairs, ideal for enjoying sundowners at sunset.

The house is a bit elevated so you get a lovely view over the ocean. It sits on a big green lawn which almost gives it a farm like feel (big and open) with lovely sea breezes.

Please note

The house is built next to the railway which runs through the whole town, so trains are sometimes heard passing by.

The house boasts stunning ocean views and is within easy reach of the beach and excellent restaurants. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities and attractions including swimming, sunbathing, fishing, surfing, nature reserves, golf courses, and shopping centres.
