Constantia Views Villa is a luxury holiday home in Wilderness occupying a prime location along the sought-after Constantia Drive. With ample glass and a modern, open-plan interior design, this double-storey property is well-designed for easy holiday living. Light filled interiors offer the same panoramic views as outdoors.
Self Catering Accommodation
Constantia Views Villa has three bedrooms. Occupying the top entrance level of this stunning Garden Route accommodation is the sea-facing living space with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The scullery has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The lounge has air conditioning, a Smart TV and DStv. Uncapped Wi-Fi is provided. These all open onto the balcony with seating arrangements, hanging chair and full views. There is a bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
On the lower level are two additional bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed. Both rooms have sliding doors opening onto private balconies with tranquil forest and partial sea views. There is a double sleeper couch in the landing between these rooms.
A portable gas braai, pool table, darts and ping-pong table all provide entertainment.
There is an alarm with armed response. Secure parking is available in the double automated garage with access to the house. Additional on site parking is available.

Need to Know
Child policyChildren of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs inside the house, also no safety railings. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. Please bring your own camp cot and high chair with.
