Cozumel 311 is a two bedroom holiday apartment in Umdloti located on the third floor of the popular Cozumel complex. The complex boasts spectacular views of the famous Umdloti tidal pool and is close to restaurants, right where you want to be if you want to be where it's all happening.

Umdloti Beach is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the sun, sandy beaches, explore the rock pools and splash in the sea.

Self Catering Accommodation

The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has a sliding door leading out onto the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, as well as a single bed. There is one modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The lounge boasts two large couches that will invite you to snuggle in and stretch out in front of the TV while watching one of the selected DStv channels.

A six seater dining table is available where you can dine together as a family.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and everything else required for a comfortable self catering stay.

Out on the balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the beach.
