Cross Street 7 has two bedrooms, one with an antique four poster double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an original hearth and chimney feature. The living and dining area adjoins the kitchen and leads onto a paved patio with table and chairs. There is a small lawned garden which is shared with the neighbouring garden cottage. If required this house can be booked with the adjoining garden cottage which can accommodate two guests. There is an interleading door from the kitchen of the garden cottage which is normally kept locked, but can be opened if both units are booked together. The house has a dedicated adjoining off street carport.

From 14 to 21 days: Forfeit 50% of the deposit.
From 21 to 28 days: Forfeit 25% of the deposit.
