Cussonia 4 can accommodate eight guests in four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with King-size beds and two are furnished with Queen-size beds. The main en-suite is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The other en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a PJ lounge located on the upstairs landing, separating the bedrooms for extra privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and has a large centre island overlooking the expansive dining and living areas. The living room has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi is available. There is also a guest toilet conveniently situated downstairs. Stack doors open up to further extend the entertainment area of this home. Outdoor seating area, extended wooden deck, Jacuzzi and private, sparkling pool.

The refundable breakage deposit is one night's stay or 10% of the whole accommodation amount (whichever is greater) the key deposit is included in this amount.
Cleaning is Mon-Sat excluding Sundays and public holidays, if guests want cleaning on public holidays or Sundays they will have to pay the cleaners R450 directly.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 42 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
