Darling Villa is a spacious and stylish four bedroom villa with excellent sea and mountain views and a large private garden with pool. Along with views of the mountain and sea, the villa is ideally positioned in the upmarket Scott Estate in Hout Bay and is a five minute walk from the beach and seaside restaurants. A short two minute walk will lead you to the village, where a variety of restaurants and some shopping is on offer. Darling Villa is a 260-square metre house which accommodates guests in four bedrooms, a lounge with fold-out bed and three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms, of which one is a loft room, each have one single bed. Seen as the fifth bedroom or third lounge, two additional guests can be accommodated in this room on a fold-out sleeper couch. There is a central bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. Guests can enjoy sea views from the top lounge, while mountain views are enjoyed from all areas of the House. Elegantly styled with a romantic French colonial influence, the interior boasts an indoor fireplace and twelve seater dining room table. The kitchen is well-equipped with five-burner gas hob, a convectional oven, an array of pots and utensils, and calming garden views. The living rooms has a TV, Hi-Fi and DVD player and opens out onto the patio with outdoor braai area and rustic country seating. Here the saltwater swimming pool allows for hours of fun and refreshment. DStv access is available but please bring your own smart card or pay a nominal fee per day. Air-conditioning is available at an additional rate, but there's always a comfortable cool spot to relax.
