Nestled amidst the rugged beauty of the Swartberg Mountains lies De Aap Farm Lodge, an idyllic retreat offering accommodation in Klaarstroom. This exclusive-use four-bedroom lodge has been meticulously restored to its 1820s splendor, boasting crisp white linens, elegant copper basins, original artwork, and tasteful furnishings.

Accommodation

The accommodation comprises a private holiday home in Klaarstroom, perfect for hosting up to nine guests. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an open-plan layout encompassing a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining area, guests are afforded ample space and comfort.

The first and second bedrooms feature Queen-size beds and luxurious en-suite bathrooms with both bath and shower facilities, complemented by hand basins and WC.

The third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed along with a single bed, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin, and WC. Meanwhile, the fourth bedroom features a Queen-size bed and its own en-suite with a bath, hand basin, and WC. Each room is adorned with the finest white linens, elegant copper basins, and tasteful décor.

The kitchen is outfitted with modern conveniences including a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, and dishwasher, while an indoor braai adds to the culinary experience. The lounge provides comfortable seating, while a fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the adjoining dining area, complete with an eight-seater table.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access, a TV with DStv channels, and large glass doors leading to a patio and 16-meter lap pool, perfect for relaxation or a refreshing swim. The lodge also boasts a sheltered braai area for al fresco dining.
