Each open-plan penthouse suite, with contemporary interiors, together with the addition of a more spacious entrance area to host a beverage station, offers guests a more comfortable and luxurious stay. Open up the double doors onto your wrap-around balcony or step into the lounge and dining area with 4-seater couches and a 4-seater round wooden dining table for in-room dining. An executive working desk separates the bedroom from the lounge and can be closed off with large wooden barn style sliding doors for privacy in the lounge, bedroom or working area. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and dressing area as well as a separate toilet.

Main House Executive suites lead off from the upper lounge area. Downstairs, the lounge and Conservatory restaurant look out through glass doors and windows onto the cool forest of indigenous trees and shrubs that wrap around the main hotel.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
