This holiday home in Greyton offers modern, comfortable country living for up to ten guests. De Hoop Victorian House has five double bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms.

The main bedroom upstairs is furnished with an extra-length King-size bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful Victorian bath in the middle of the room, dual showers against one whole wall, dual basins and a toilet. The bedroom offers a lot of natural light through large shutter windows and ample space. The second cosy loft bedroom upstairs has two single beds and a view of the garden. The upstairs area shares a large TV room with DSTV.

There are three bedrooms downstairs with a large lounge area with a fireplace. The lounge leads out to the garden and patio.

The third bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and toilet. The fourth bedroom is furnished with an extra-length king size bed with and en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and toilet. The fifth bedroom has its own private entrance and is furnished with a Queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

The heart of the house is the tastefully decorated kitchen area. This kitchen has quirky elements enticing one to spend most of your time there. It is equipped with a six-plate gas stove and electric oven, a fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine and all the other kitchen basics you would expect of a large country house.

A beautiful 10-seater dining table stretches across the room with windows and doors leading to the patio and garden. The parking space is sufficient, on the property and behind a gate.

Pets

• Bring own pet beds, bedding and bowl
• Dogs are not permitted on the furniture
• Dogs must be free of ticks and fleas on arrival
• Dogs must be leashed when out walking, must always be supervised
• Consideration must be given to neighboring dogs, as well as other guests and their pets.
• Guests are asked to please clean up after their pets and are required to pick up after them
• Owners will be held liable for any injuries and damages by their pets to resident animals, property or people.
• Guest dogs must be well socialized and well trained; fighting/barking will not be tolerated.
• The main house does not have an enclosed garden and therefore your dogs need to be on a leash.
