About Dockside

Dockside is situated directly across from the picturesque small boat harbour on the East Bank of Port Alfred, in the Eastern Cape. The apartment has magnificent views overlooking the small boat harbour, the Kowie River and the unique arched Kowie Bridge.

ACCOMMODATION

The double storey apartment overlooks the marina and the small boat harbour. There are two en-suite bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The upstairs family room is furnished with a Queen-size bed, a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There is a seating area, air conditioning and a table and chairs. the room opens with folding doors onto a balcony with a table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the garden and the marina. The TV has satellite channels.

Both rooms have coffee / tea making facilities and a hairdryer.

There is an additional bedroom with a double bed that shares the bathroom with the upstairs bedroom. This bedroom is accessed with floating stairs and is not suitable for people with leg problems.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and an electric oven etc. The lounge and dining areas are open plan with folding doors. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. These open onto a large patio with two braai areas. One undercover with stunning views of the harbour and the other is undercover. The patio leads down into a garden. There is a separate entrance and secure parking behind electric fence gates.

LOCATION

Situated opposite the small boat harbour on the East Bank. We are a mere 500 meters from the town center and just three minutes from the nearest beach.
