Dolphin View Self Catering is a self catering holiday home with three bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a Queen-size bed, the second room is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a single bed. The third room is furnished with two single beds. There is a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin, a separate shower room with a basin and there is also a guest toilet. Bedding is provided but guests need to bring their own towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a washing machine. The comfortably furnished living area has a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. Sliding doors lead onto the patio, braai and shared garden. Secure parking is available onsite.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
