Doringpoort Luxury Holiday Home boasts comfortable accommodation in two en-suite rooms and a loft room. Both bedrooms have a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bath and the second has a shower only. The loft room has two three-quarter beds. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning for those hot summer days. Linen and bath towels are provided. There is a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, with all the general luxuries. The living area has a TV with selected satellite channels. Spend time around the fire in your own private entertainment area during your visit, while enjoying the night music of nature. You might get some unexpected visitors, as the bush babies rarely can resist a healthy snack in the tree. The house offers a private braai area, a private splash pool, free Wi-Fi, burglar guards and an alarm system for security. For your convenience, we also have an on-site convenience shop with some basic items, like Ice, firewood, charcoal, firelighters, water, braai packs, freshly baked rusks, pods for coffee machine, dark roast coarse ground coffee and fresh products depending on what is in season.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
