Duiker Lodge is located within Ditholo Wildlife Estate, a 1000-hectare of pristine indigenous African forest, preserved with a variety of fauna and flora to ensure sustainability. The estate is situated in the heart of the Limpopo set against a beautiful backdrop of the Waterberg Mountains.

Self Catering Accommodation

The self catering lodge is furnished with three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which have full en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King-size bed. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and two single beds. The third is a loft room furnished with three single beds and a balcony. All linen is provided.

There is a spacious open plan lounge which has DStv, dining and kitchen area. The dining area has an eight seater table and a built-in fire place. The kitchen has a fridge, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The living area leads out onto a wooden deck area with an attached swimming pool and boma area.

Outside you will find an indoor and outdoor braai area as well as an outdoor bench.

The reserve offers various hiking trails, cycling routes, and game viewing trails, there is also a restaurant, bar, and spa.

Location

Ditholo Wildlife Estate is the perfect bush getaway only 230 km from Johannesburg. The surrounding area is rich in game farms, hunting farms and golf courses. Within 30 minutes is Zebula Golf Course, Elements Golf Course and Euphoria Golf Course. For children entertainment, there is the Aventura water park in Bela Bela as well as Walking with the Elephants in Zebula or feeding the lions at Mabalingwe Nature Reserve.
