The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished a Queen-size bed and one has twin beds. There are two bathrooms; one is en-suite with a shower only and one has both a bath and shower.

The house has underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and both inside and outside braai facilities. DStv is provided in the lounge area.
