Dumela Flat 5 is a six sleeper self catering apartment in the Dumela Holiday Resort, in easy walking distance of the bottle store, supermarket and pharmacy. There are also a number of good restaurants, the beach and other attractions and activities all in close proximity.

Margate's beach, Manaba, is a firm favourite amongst local watersports enthusiasts, as well as amongst visitors from all over the world that value the serenity of this very special South African beach resort. Manaba is bedecked with tawny-coloured sand, the clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean and the spectacular backdrops of the Hibiscus Coast.

Self Catering Accommodation

The main bedroom has a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and makes use of another separate bathroom with a bath. The open plan living area has a lounge with a couch, armchairs and a flat screen TV. DStv is available if you bring your own decoder, card, supply plug, cords and remote control.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools where you can enjoy you meals. The kitchen includes a fridge / freezer, oven with stove, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cookware. Outside on the patio there is a table with benches and an umbrella where you can relax and look out over the play area.

Attractions & Location

Manaba Beach is popular for watersports like swimming, surfing, paddling, kiting and windsurfing. Alternatively, visitors can swim, sunbathe and simply enjoy the cool waters and the excellent views. Keep an eye out for the humpback and southern right whales that visit the KwaZulu-Natal coastline between July and December.

Durban's city centre and international airport are some 135 kilometres from Margate. Port Shepstone, St Michaels On Sea, Shelly Beach and Ramsgate and Oribi Gorge are also nearby. This entire area offers great bird watching, and golfers will undoubtedly enjoy their time on the local fairways, when they are not relaxing on the beach.
