Dunkeld Mansions 502 is a spacious, stylish apartment on the 5th floor and is centrally located within a 5-minute drive to Sandton CBD and a 2-minute drive to Rosebank Gautrain. Ideal for the whole family or a business trip.

Self Catering Accommodation

Dunkeld Mansions 502 offers three bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a King-size bed, the second with a Queen-size bed and the third with a double bed. The bedrooms share the use of two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, washer-dryer combo and tea and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table or relax in the lounge which has comfortable seating and a TV with streaming capabilities. Guests are welcome to use their own login details but please note local channels are not offered. Secure Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment opens onto an outdoor balcony with braai facilities. In the mornings, guests will enjoy the fabulous sunrise view overlooking the Johannesburg skyline and a very pretty sunset from the kitchen back door each day.

There is a UPS to turn the internet on during loadshedding. Also, rechargeable lights are indoors with chargers for phones.

One garage parking is available for guests to use and extra parking is potentially across the road.

Please note

The unit is not perfect and dated, and some of the original windows and doors are not able to close perfectly, forming part of this unique apartment. The antiquated elevator is the original lift and is best to use for luggage and for guests to use the stairs as the elevator is easily overloaded. For this reason, the apartment is regrettably not suitable for people who are elderly with health problems or any injuries. The unit is also not suitable for small children as it does not have any childproofing on the windows and an open balcony.
