Self Catering Accommodation
Eagle Cottage is a secluded self catering holiday cottage in Tulbagh sleeping four guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second smaller room is furnished with a bunk bed for children. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge area with a fireplace. Outside there is a patio with a mountain water splash pool and spectacular views of the valley. There is a built in braai to the side of the cottage.
The Area
Just over an hours drive from Cape Town, in the Tulbagh Valley, Welbedacht Nature Reserve offers an idyllic country retreat. Enjoy game viewing, nature trails, bird watching, swimming in the dam, exploring the labyrinth or a visit from our free roaming horses.
There are mountain biking trails that begin and cross through Welbedacht and beyond, horse riding trails close by and the historic town of Tulbagh with its grand architecture and a range of restaurants and vineyards to visit.
With its spectacular valley views, majestic surrounding mountains, wild and beautiful landscapes to explore and tranquil spaces for roaming or resting, a visit to Welbedacht is bound to be a memorable experience.
