Pure delight hardly describes the ambience of this stunning ground floor apartment, situated in a secure complex, positioned approximately 100 metres from the beach, the warm homely character of this little gem just shines through, truly the best seats in the house.

Self Catering Accommodation

Eden Sands 1 is a self catering holiday apartment in Winklespruit sleeping four adults and one child. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a daybed in the lounge for a child. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

There is an open plan living area (no TV) and a fully equipped kitchen containing everything needed for your self catering stay.

Take your cup of coffee / tea right onto the sand each morning, or just sit outside on the veranda and enjoy the breath-taking view.

The veranda includes a dining set and a weber braai. The access from the apartment to the beach sand makes it the perfect holiday home for families with young children, older children, and elderly family members.

On Site Facilities

A standard size and baby swimming pool is available in the complex as well as undercover parking for your vehicle. For your safety, there is a 24-hour security guard on the premises as well as electric fencing, beams and cameras around the perimeter of the property. The security beam is activated in the evening at 10pm and deactivated at 5am the next morning.
