Located within the secure Ellefsen Golf Estate which boasts an 18-hole Gary Player Design's Black Knight golf course, Ellefsen 108 is a lovely holiday apartment in Langebaan which provides self catering accommodation for four guests. The apartment is well suited for a family holiday and is within walking distance of the restaurant, clubhouse and swimming pool. Guests have access to tennis courts, a driving range, golf lessons, bowls, a gym as well as running and cycling trails.

Self Catering Accommodation

Ellefsen 108 is a first-floor, beautifully furnished apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom which is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. All linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.

The tiled, open-plan living area has a kitchen that is well equipped for a self catering stay and includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a central dining table to enjoy meals at. Leading from the kitchen is a comfortably furnished lounge with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The living area opens, via sliding doors, to a covered balcony which is furnished with a small table and chairs and has a built-in braai. This is a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sundowner while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Secure parking is provided in a garage and an allocated parking bay.

Activities and Attractions

Langebaan is just over 100km from Cape Town on the Cape West Coast. The beaches surrounding the crystal clear waters of the lagoon are one of the main attraction of Langebaan. The town has a golf course, tennis courts, a bowling green and a yacht club. Attractions include the West Coast National Park, the West Coast Fossil Park, Die Strandloper Restaurant, windsurfing or kayaking on the lagoon and spending the day on the beach.
