Ellefsen 115 is a first-floor apartment which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.

The tiled, well laid out open-plan living area consists of a kitchen which is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table and guests can relax in the comfortably furnished lounge which has a TV with DStv.
