Faraway Place Nguni Cottage offers accommodation in the heart of the Midlands Meander in Kwazulu Natal. We are 5km on the old Curry's Post Road from Terbodore and a short 12km drive into Nottingham Road.
Self Catering Accommodation
Faraway Place Nguni Cottage is a two bedroom self catering cottage. The bedrooms have a Queen-size bed and the loft landing area has two single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a huge walk in shower with views of the mountains. There main bathroom with a shower and also an outdoor shower. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the utensils required for self catering. The living area has comfortable furniture, fireplace and a flat screen TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Outside is a lovely patio with outdoor furniture and hammock chairs. There is a firepit with seating and also a built in braai. Feel free to also take a dip in the water feature pool to cool off on hot days!
Your Hosts
Your hosts are social people, and love their fur kids, of which there are five. You will be welcomed by four dachshunds named Smooch, Chino, Toffee and Wimpy; and their foster-fail, Lady. So if you consider yourself a dog person, then this is the ideal break-away for you. Our Dachshunds will definitely want to get to know you better and Wimpy, Smooch or Lady may even spend the night with you if you encourage it!
