Situated in the V&A Waterfront, Faulconier 303 Cape Town is a two bedroom apartment that sets itself apart, providing the ideal place to feel at home while you are away from yours.

It is only a few minutes away from the City Bowl, and a short drive from Table Mountain and its cableway, Lion's Head, Signal Hill and the Clifton beaches. The international airport is some 20 minutes' away and the glorious Cape Winelands are about an hour from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.

Self Catering Accommodation

This beautiful two bedroom apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large king size bed, a dresser, sliding doors to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted to a king size bed if needed. This bedroom makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is spacious, sunny and comfortable and has a large open plan living area. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating where you can relax and admire the view or chill out in the evening and watch satellite TV or a DVD.

The dining area alongside the lounge is a great space to enjoy your home cooked meals. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.
