Self Catering Accommodation
Choose from the Farmhouse, Garden Unit, Family Unit or one of our three rondawels. All units offer a ceiling fan as well as tea and coffee facilities.
Our thatched rondawels are comfortable and well-appointed and guests have a choice between self-catering and bed & breakfast.

The Area
An hour's drive will transport you to the splendour of the Blyde River Canyon, Sabie, Graskop, Bourke's Luck Potholes of the historic town of Pilgrims Rest, and the Kruger National Park is a mere 40kms away. A tantalising array of attractions lie even closer. For those who enjoy game-viewing, the famous “Big Five” reserves nearby offer day/night game drives and walks. One can visit the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre (HESC) or Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre all within a twenty minute radius of Fleur de Lys Guest Farm. Or, if you prefer, you could go boating on the popular Blyde River.

Fleur de Lys Farm is conveniently situated and well appointed. The classic rondavels exude Lowveld character and the simple, green surrounds offer a peaceful and cool respite. The bed, linen and appliances were very good. All the amenities were spotlessly clean. Our only complaint was the hunting that went on until 11.15 pm. Although the hostess sent us a brief text at sunset informing us that hunting would take place ( no time given), we would probably have avoided a venue where animals were being shot so close by on the farm during our stay.
