Located in three major cities of Southern Africa being Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg, Flintstones Guest House boasts TGCSA 3 star and AA Highly recommended status and is a earthly styled centrally located bed and breakfast with a total of 18 bedrooms, providing a convenient location for international tourist, local businessmen, holiday makers and sport groups alike as we can accommodate up to 40 persons sharing.
Accommodation
Eight rooms have private entrances and four upstairs rooms have awesome views. The other seven rooms are all in-house. Please note that there are two houses 70 metres apart to make up the 18 bedrooms. One house has seven rooms the other has eleven rooms and each of the houses can be hired as a whole.
Facilities
Facilities include WiFi (internet), office facilities, in-house bar, laundry, baby sitting and a full braai entertainment area around the swimming pool, off road secure parking, designated smoking areas. Dinners, halaal and vegetarian dishes also served on request. Fully equipped communal kitchen for self catering. One pet friendly room, one wheelchair friendly room. Extra cots and toddler beds also available.
Airport transfers, door to door shuttles, golf tours and sports groups / tours can be accommodated. Owner Heini Maurer is a SA Tour qualified tour guide who can also be your designated driver or tour guide. Self drive 14 seat Toyota Quantum, 8 seat VW or Toyota Avanza car available for hire.
Pets
Pets are welcome arrangements made prior to making the booking as we have one pet friendly room and do not allow pets in rooms inside the actual house. There is a cost involved.
Location
We are situated in Durban North 1km from Kings Park Stadium, Moses Mahbida Stadium, the Indian Ocean, Umgeni River mouth and two golf courses, a six minute drive from Durban's city centre, ICC, Kings Park swimming pool and Sun Coast Casino in the South and a 10 minute drive from La Lucia, Umhlanga and Gateway Shopping centre in the North. It's a 10 minute drive to Ushaka Marine World, Durban Harbour and the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 20 minutes drive away from Durban King Shaka International Airport.

I had booked for my grand-daughter because it was her birthday on the 26th of August and she was accompanied by her mother and sister. They say they received a very warm reception. They rate the service ten out of ten. They think Sis'Flo is the best. They wanted to stay there for good.
