Fynbos Cabins are located at !Khwa ttu offering you the unique experience of being introduced to the world of the San (in the past called Bushmen). The Centre is housed within a series of lovingly restored old West Coast farm buildings whilst the surrounding area teems with an abundance of birdlife, game and fynbos and stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain.

The San are descendants of an ancient hunter-gathering people, who have encountered dispossession of their territories, discrimination and poverty. Yet, !Khwa ttu is not a monument to suffering or misery. It is a living celebration of past and present San culture; an uplifting and inspirational experience.

Accommodation

Fynbos Cabins can accommodate two adults and one child. On the sea side of the Nature Reserve discover our wood and stone Fynbos Cabins, simple luxury beneath vast, blue West Coast skies. The surprisingly spacious cabins blend discreetly into the landscape. Glass walls yield unobstructed views of Cape floral fynbos.

There is an open plan lounge / kitchenette, a King-size bed and en suite bathroom (with shower).

The cabins have Wi-Fi, a wood burner and braai. A private balcony with your own wood fired hot tub is the final step to fully immersing yourself in nature.
