800 meters from the Crocodile River, surrounded by all forms of wild life, a little gem of a self-catering holiday home is waiting to welcome you to the African bush. Genet House is 28km from the Mozambique border and close to the two Southern entrances to the Kruger National Park (Crocodile Bridge and Malalane Gate).

Self Catering Accommodation

Each beautifully decorated air conditioned bedroom provides sophistication and romance, each with its own spacious en-suite (private) bathroom and free-standing shower. All the beds are mosquito netted and sheeted with crisp, luxurious (Egyptian) linen.

There is a kitchen fully stocked with utensils, an amazing outside braai area/stoep, pool table, comfortable lounge with smart TV, swimming pool etc

Here you will experience what its really like to live in the African bush, to live like a local. From letting free-roaming Zebra and Kudu eat from your hand, to sitting around a lazy campfire listening to the lion's roar at night, Genet House has a magical bush atmosphere which delivers a truly authentic African safari experience.

As the owner of Genet House, I recommend staying more than two nights if you can? Guests departing always say two nights is too short!

The housekeeping will tidy up each day ensuring you have a break from house chores whilst on holiday.

Additional Services

Speak to us about arranging your airport transfers, safari day trips (night drives or sunset drives) into the Kruger Park, as well as all your other sightseeing requirements. While here you can make use of the swimming pool. Laundry services are available on request.
