The master bedroom is on the top floor, with access to a patio with a partial sea view. This room is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the third room also has a double bed and access to the third bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped with laundry amenities. There is a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen television with DStv Premium and a built-in braai. The living area leads to the porch, a portable braai is available if you like to enjoy the outdoors.

The house is within walking distance to the beach.
