Glen Beach Villa Three is situated directly above Glen Beach, with splendid views of the Atlantic. Situated 200 meters from Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, with our local world class shops, restaurants, bars and theater all within walking distance.
Self Catering Accommodation
Glen Beach Villa Three sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The main, second and third bedrooms each have a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed and accesses a separate bathroom. The main en-suite bathroom comprises of a bathtub, shower, toilet and a bidet.
The second en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet, while the third en-suite bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The separate bathroom consists of a shower as well as a toilet. Bath towels, beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The main and fourth bedrooms have views of the mountain while the second and third bedrooms have views of the ocean. The second and third bedrooms have access to a marble patio that has a heated pool with sun loungers, barbecue and an outdoor dining area.
The large living area at Glen Beach Villa Three, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, is open plan. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. The generously sized dining area consists of a dining table that seats up to eight guests. The living area comes with plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace and a LCD TV with satellite channels.
The lounge leads off to an extensive balcony where guests can enjoy the sea air and views of the ocean. A second lounge downstairs with the second and third bedrooms also accesses the marble patio. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.
