Glendower View Guest House is a 4-star graded establishment that provides executive accommodation with a personal touch. Glendower View Guest House will appeal to the corporate traveller, overseas guests and visitors to Johannesburg. We cater for long-term stays as well as those just visiting South Africa's biggest city for a night or two.

The guest house is only 10 minutes away from OR Tambo Airport and 15 minutes from the Ellis Park Soccer, Rugby and Athletic Stadium. The Guest House overlooks one of South Africa's most famous golf courses, Glendower Golf Course and located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with 24-hour security. It has easy access to major motorways, shopping centres, entertainment and places of cultural interest.

Accommodation

Glendower View Guest House is decorated in a contemporary African style, true to its South African Heritage and will appeal to the discerning local and international traveler. Décor items have been sourced from rural African communities via charities involved in upliftment programs.

We offer two types of rooms – Executive and Luxury Rooms. Our EXECUTIVE ROOMS are decorated in a contemporary African style with an en-suite bathroom, teak-wooden floors and high quality modern up-market finishes. Each room which is equipped with its own workspace and full Wi-Fi connectivity, making preparing for business meetings a breeze.

Obviously, all rooms have their own DSTV-connection and LCD flat-screen TV ensuring that you won't miss out on the latest economic developments or sport updates. The rooms are fitted with digital safes, hair dryers, complimentary hospitality trays, up-market amenities, superior linen, comfortable quality mattresses and have their own mini-bar.

Our Luxury Rooms are slightly less spacious then our executive rooms with a more compact workspace, but do not compromise in any way on comfort, quality of finishes or facilities offered by our Executive Rooms and offer a more cost-effective option to the discerning traveller. Parking is on-site and we have a dedicated security guard on duty 24/7.

All rooms are non smoking.

Breakfast

A Full English or Continental Breakfast is included in the daily rate and arrangements can be made to join us for dinner and/or lunch. Business meetings can be held over a drink with a pre-arranged snack platter in our comfortable lounge, dining room or our tranquil outdoor area.

Glendower View Guest House is located adjacent to one of Johannesburg's most prestigious conference centres, Corporate Conference Centre, which is able to provide you with state of the art conference facilities.
