Golden Sands 4 can accommodate up to six guests and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one with a bathtub) as well as an open kitchen and living area. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a ceiling fan, sofa bed and TV (guests must bring their own standard decoder and card, otherwise TV will not be available). The living area opens to a covered balcony with garden furniture, barbecue facilities and partial sea views.
