Self Catering Accommodation

Hartfell Holiday Home in Dullstroom is a spacious farmhouse that opens out onto an expansive lawn, making it perfect for families.

The cottage has three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed, the second is furnished with twin beds and a sleeper couch and the third is furnished with twin beds and a bunk bed.

The cottage has two bathrooms, one is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin, while the second is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin.

There is an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped, a dining room, and a lounge area with an enormous fireplace. The cottage offers a lovely view and access to one of the dams, while the other larger dams are within easy walking distance.

Pets are welcome at an additional charge per pet.
No low profile vehicles or tyres are advised, a high clearance vehicle is required to navigate the dirt road to the farm.

Activities and Attractions

There are various walks on the farm, notable the waterfall walk (to the base or to the top of the 30m fall), a river walk close to indigenous forest and the longer perimeter walks. These all offer something to bird enthusiasts, especially in the summer.

Parts of the Kruisfontein road are used for mountain bike races and joggers and mountain bikers alike enjoy the low traffic the road gets. Being 11km from Dullstroom ensures that guests may enjoy the tranquillity and complete privacy on the farm and yet be close enough to Dullstroom with its great pubs and shops.
