Head over Hills is a boutique hotel situated on the edge of the famous Knysna Heads. Our luxury accommodation and world-class views are the perfect backdrops for a well-deserved celebration of a special occasion, honeymoon, or a vacation appreciating nature's beauty.

Accommodation

Head over Hills is a boutique retreat with eight open planned en-suite bedrooms furnished with handcrafted Hästens beds from Sweden, ensuring a luxurious and revitalising stay.

Facilities

At Head over Hills, we offer many in house facilities. Guest all have access to the swimming pool which overlooks the ocean, loungers and to make guests feel at home we run an honesty, self-help bar which stocks a wide range of good wines and other refreshments.

Breakfast & Dining

A delicious full English breakfast is prepared every morning which is included in the price for the accommodation. When you stay with us at Head over Hills, you don't have to leave the hotel for a first-class lunch or dinner. You might not want to miss the stunning sunset, or you may feel like a night in.

In season we serve lunch and dinner daily. Our private chef composes a daily à la carte menu where you can choose to have one, two or three courses. So, stay at Head over Hills for lunch and dinner and enjoy the best view in Knysna.

Additional Facilities

Apart from the facilities we offer in house we also offer outside entertainment. Head over Hills is a corporate member of Pezula Championship Golf Course which is 3.5km away from our guest house and our guests play the course at a discounted fee.

Head over Hills also offers guests the experience of exploring the Knysna Lagoon during our sunset boat cruises. You will be shuttled to Leisure Isle Marina where Mandy, our skipper, will be ready to take you on a stunning tour of the Knysna Lagoon (trip duration: 1.5 - 2 hours). Bikes are also available for guests to hire and take out for the day.

Shuttles to and from the airport or town can be organized for our guests and help with reservations and activities will be happily advised on and can be arranged.
