The house is spacious and has all the amenities to make one's stay comfortable. The fireplace on a winter's night is bliss. The mountain views are magnificent.

Just what we were looking for, quietness and beautiful endless views and scenery. If you want to rest, relax and forget everything then this is the spot. We will return no questions ask and very friendly and helpful owners.

Our favourite spot in the berg! The cottage has the most spectacular views, is completely private and has easy access to a number of lovely walking routes. It's well equipped with anything you could possibly need (including the most delicious rusks!) and the fireplace heats up the entire house, which makes for a toasty stay, even in winter (a rarity in the Berg!) . Thank you Stephen for a wonderful weekend - we will definitely be back!

What a gem! Hilltop Cottage has the most outstanding views, and as the only cottage on the farm, offers perfect quiet and privacy. The cottage is well-insulated and the cosy central fireplace made it the warmest Winter stay I've ever had in the Berg. Stephan has thought of everything so the cottage is well-equipped with anything and everything you might need. Have definitely found my "go-to" retreat in the Berg.
