The home is able to sleep up to 10 guests in the main house and the cottage. The house has a bedroom fitted with a Queen-size bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed for two children. The bathroom is shared and contains a shower, toilet and a basin. The main house has three spacious bedrooms and has simple but stunning decor. The bedrooms each have a King-size bed and one of the bedrooms also has a bunk bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; two of the bathrooms have a shower and the other has a bath. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. The seating area is comfortable and perfect for guests to relax and enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge / freezer, stove, toaster, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery and a centre table. There is an eight seater dining table in the dining area. Outside on the undercover patio there is outdoor furniture and splendid views of the mountains.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
