Situated on the 12th floor this apartment is flooded with sunlight and the balcony allows for spectacular views of the ocean, Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Blouberg beachfront.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The flat has a second bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower, hand basin and WC.

The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, oven, stove, microwave as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and tea and coffee making facilities with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware provided.

The lounge and dining area has seating arrangements and a a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, a DVD Player and a dining table.

The unit has one designated parking bay, with security and an elevator. The apartment block has a communal swimming pool situated on the first floor.

The beach, excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops are all within walking distance of the apartment, which makes this one of the most desirable locations to stay when visiting the West Coast.
