The third bedroom has two twin beds. there is a fan in this room but no air-conditioning. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
The fully equipped, large spacious kitchen has a five burner gas stove and electric thermo fan oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a separate scullery. The open plan living and dining area has free Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix, Showmax and YouTube. The lounge has comfortable seating and the dining room has a six seater dining room table.
There is also an outdoor undercover patio with dining table and braai facilities. The splash pool has a martini seat. The garden is indigenous with excellent birding opportunities. There is carport parking for three vehicles and 24 hour armed response.
