Situated just 100 metres from Ramsgate Main Beach, the property boasts uninterrupted 180-degree sea views and the soothing sounds of the Indian Ocean.

Hubbly Bubbly features two fully equipped dwellings: The Main House and The Cottage @ Hubbly Bubbly. These can be rented together to accommodate up to 23 guests or separately, with the Main House comfortably sleeping 15 and the Cottage accommodating 8. This flexibility makes it ideal for both smaller families and larger groups.

Self Catering Accommodation

House:
The Main House includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (toilet, basin and shower-in-bath), accommodating four guests.

Additionally, there are two large bedrooms with a combination of seven and four single beds, allowing for eleven guests to share a full family bathroom and a separate toilet.
All rooms feature built-in wardrobes and large windows that invite refreshing sea breezes and stunning ocean views.

The spacious open-plan living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV (DSTV), seating for ten, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes two fridges, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Step outside to a large balcony furnished with outdoor seating and a built-in braai, perfect for sunset barbecues and enjoying the ocean vistas.

Direct beach access is acquired via the front garden's sloped lawn and a short walk alongside the Ramsgate tidal pool. An outside shower is available after a day of sand, surf and fun in the sun.

Cottage:
The Cottage features a main bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, sleeping four guests.
The second bedroom also has a bunk bed, accommodating two guests, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, suitable for two more guests. Most rooms offer breathtaking sea views.

Inside, the open-plan lounge comes with DSTV, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast counter. A large veranda opens to the garden, complete with built-in braais for delightful outdoor dining experiences.

Hubbly Bubbly offers a range of features to enhance your stay, including panoramic sea views from both the Main House and Cottage, built-in braai facilities for outdoor barbecues, and security measures such as an alarm system monitored by a professional company.
