Ileven Heaven is situated in a security estate in Broederstroom, Hartbeespoort Dam. This Holiday Home is situated on the Crocodile River and you have a permanent view of the river flowing into Hartbeespoort Dam and Witwatersrand mountain range.

Self Catering Accommodation

Ileven Heaven is a modern and stylish fully furnished and equipped unit featuring four bedrooms which have four Queen size beds and one ¾ as well as a sleeper couch in the lounge, the main en-suite bedroom has a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player and private balcony, oak headboard, bedside tables, dressing table, mirror, safe and dressing room.

The unit has two and a half bathrooms on three levels and on the ground level the entrance, an open-plan kitchen, bar area, lounge and patio. The kitchen and bar area are done in lovely granite tops and cherry wood. The bar is equipped with two bar fridges and opens up to the lounge are.

The bathrooms comprise of two bathrooms with a toilet, basin, mirrors, one with a bath and the other with a shower and a separate guest loo.

Features

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboards in beautiful wood and a huge double door fridge / freezer with ice making facilities, a microwave, crockery, kettle, toaster, modern stove and oven as well as a coffee machine, plunger and lots more.

The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a huge six seater lounge suite and sleeper couch and is equipped with a flat screen TV, DStv, lovely lamps for a romantic atmosphere and an air conditioner.

The house has a large enclosed patio area with a six seater black leather lounge suite, dart board gas braai / BBQ with great views over the river and mountains. The glass windows can be opened fully for feel free feeling of nature. Let your imagination go and you will see the crocodile shaped mountains on the other side of the river whilst watching the birds.

All rooms have cupboards, linen, towels, duvets, blankets and heaters.

Facilities

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and entertainment area looking out on the Crocodile River from where the fishermen have a ball. It is usually very quiet in this area where you can relax, sun bathe, braai / BBQ, read and chat in the shade of the indigenous trees or clubhouse with kitchenette and bathroom.

When you walk around the complex you forget about your troubles with beautiful nature surrounding you. More than 300 birds species have been spotted in the area and it is quite relaxing to what the birds.
