Ilkley Penthouse offers three generously sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom. The rooms are furnished with King-size or twin beds and the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The main en-suite also has a bath.

The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate scullery. There is an entertainment lounge with a wood fireplace, pajama lounge, three balconies with endless views, interior and exterior dining facilities; a seasonal heated pool with small garden area, parking for two vehicles, elevator access and a dedicated workspace for the business traveller.

Sea Point is an affluent and densely populated suburb of Cape Town, situated between Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean, a few kilometres to the west of Cape Town's Central Business District (CBD). Moving from Sea Point to the CBD, one passes first through the small suburb of Three Anchor Bay, then Green Point. Seaward from Green Point is the area known as Mouille Point (pronounced MOO-lee), where the local lighthouse is situated. It borders to the southwest the suburb of Bantry Bay.
