Ilkley Penthouse offers three generously sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom. The rooms are furnished with King-size or twin beds and the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The main en-suite also has a bath. The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a separate scullery. There is an entertainment lounge with a wood fireplace, pajama lounge, three balconies with endless views, interior and exterior dining facilities; a seasonal heated pool with small garden area, parking for two vehicles, elevator access and a dedicated workspace for the business traveller. Indoor and outdoor spaces can become one when the large sliding doors are tucked into the walls to allow for uninterrupted spaces. The bedrooms and lounge offer air-conditioning and heating solutions, to ensure comfort throughout your stay. Ilkley Penthouse offers complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi throughout to ensure you stay connected, and full DStv in the lounge.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
